Our vegan bed and breakfast located in the Hudson Valley provides guests with beautiful lodgings, delicious vegan breakfasts, and a chance to tour the Woodstock Farm Sanctuary. We look forward to hosting you!
What are your room rates?
Our standard rate for multi-night stays is $330/night. Rates increase for one-night stays and during peak visiting season. Please become a member and sign up for our email list to receive exclusive discount codes to use on future bookings.
When are you open for booking?
Our open season runs from mid-February to mid-December each year. The Gray Barn is open from Thursday to Sunday each week. We aren’t able to offer individual room stays on other days of the week. If you wish to extend a full rental, please ask and we will see if we can accommodate your request!
Do I have to be a member to book?
Yes, stays at The Gray Barn are only for current members of Woodstock Farm Sanctuary. If you aren't a member, please visit Woodstock Sanctuary memberships to become one before booking!
Do you serve breakfast or other meals?
Breakfast is included with individual room rentals. Breakfast is prepared fresh each morning and will be available from 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM. Please make us aware of any allergies before your stay. Our kitchen is always 100% vegan, but we do use nuts and gluten in our kitchen and there may be cross-contamination.

This was our second trip to Gray Barn in as many years. My wife and I had an absolutely lovely time. The vegan breakfasts are delicious, the beds are comfy, and everything is exceptionally clean. The sanctuary tour and getting to spend time with the animal residents is always a highlight.

I’d give this place ten stars if I could! I booked a few rooms for my sister’s (very chill) bachelorette weekend and it exceeded our expectations! The booking process was easy, the check in was easy, and the rooms were so clean and comfortable! The entire place was spotless and BEAUTIFUL! I loved everything about it. Each room had a balcony… the common area off the kitchen had a huge deck over looking a lake with goats grazing in the field. The sanctuary was amazing, so many happy animals!!!! The vegan breakfast every morning was incredible!!!! It wasn’t just bagels and frozen foods, but gourmet vegan meals, cooked right in front of us by an extremely talented chef! I cannot wait to come back!!!

The rooms are lovely - simply decorated but spotlessly clean and with a nice modern style. Each room has a balcony overlooking a beautiful, relaxing view. Leigh is very welcoming and her vegan breakfasts are great. The food is delicious and the opportunity to visit with other guests is nice. The Gray Barn itself would be a wonderful, relaxing get away and there's a lot to do, and restaurants to try, in the area. But the access to the sanctuary makes this a very special place - such a wonderful mission and the sanctuary is such a joyful place.
